Proposals

To keep our planning simple we have created three proposals. These are by no means exhaustive and if you prefer, we can tailor proposals to match your exact requirements. For ease we have also created a choice of dishes from which to choose your menu. The price is based per person on a minimum number of guests. For weddings taking place on a Saturday, you may require a minimum number of guests to attend the wedding breakfast. For wedding parties which take an evening reception, an evening buffet must be included which caters for 80% of the expected guests.

TUDOR WEDDING PROPOSAL

  • Red Carpet arrival for you and your guests
  • Two Glasses of Bucks Fizz with Sparkling Wine or Pimms Cocktail on arrival or after your Ceremony
  • 3-course meal accompanied with Coffee & Truffles
  • Half a bottle of the Sommeliers recommended wine per person
  • Unlimited still or sparkling mineral water, for the Wedding Breakfast
  • One Glass of Sparkling Wine for the Toast

  • Luxury Bronze Double Room, for the happy couple, with a bottle of House Champagne
  • Based on a minimum of 40 Adult Guests (from 2011 on a saturday May-Sept minimum numbers of 80 adult guests)

  • Upgrade your Proposal to include Canapés and Champagne reception, a 4th menu course and Champagne for the toast for only £15.00 extra per guest

Wedding Breakfast Menus
To help you organise your day efficiently, we have comprised menus for you to choose from. We recommend that you select one starter, a main course and dessert option, for your entire party with the exception of vegetarians and those with dietary requirements. Children attending the reception may be offered the same menu as your adult guests, or should you prefer we will prepare healthy and tasty children’s food menus. Please also be aware that as an extra special addition, canapés, sorbet, soup and cheese courses can be added to your menu to further enhance your dining experience, upon prior request.

Evening Reception
Should you decide to continue further into the evening, let the celebrations take place in the Baronet Dunmore suite, a chance to invite those extra family and friends to celebrate your happiness of this wonderful occasion. For couples who do wish to extend their celebration, we would be pleased to offer the Suite to you with our compliments, we simply ask that you cater for 80% of your expected guests from our evening buffet selector. The Baronet Dunmore, is ideal for a disco or three-piece band with its large dance floor and private bar for your party to enjoy until 11:30pm. For those events which have not included the wedding breakfast or evening buffet at the hotel a room hire charge will apply.
