To provide you with the best available price on any given day of the year, we operate a sophisticated price management system, which enables us to guarantee you the best quote for the period of your stay. The following tariff provides you with a guideline of our prices – we promise to never quote higher than the top rate illustrated on this tariff and sometimes we quote less, should you book our 3 day advantage rate. All room rates include free use of the Spa facilities.

- Bookings at the weekend are generally for a minimum two nights ( for a bank holiday three nights ) though single nights on weekends are occasionally available
- Rates are per room per night based on two people sharing
- For sole use a deduction of £15.00 for bed and breakfast and £43.50 Dinner Bed and Breakfast will apply
- Rates exclude Christmas and New Year and may vary during other holiday periods
- The company reserves the right to amend or alter rates at its discretion
- Supplements for upgrading rooms on a promotional offer are subject to change

- Our rates shown are from rates, and will vary according to your individual requirements, please call our reservations team, who will advise you the best available rate.
- VAT is inclusive at current rate
Preferential dinner inclusive rate is only available when booked in advance. We cannot guarantee a table in the restaurant for guests on bed and breakfast terms.

Early Arrivals and Late Departures
If you plan to arrive at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel prior to the arrival time stated above, the only way to guarantee immediate access is to reserve the room the night before. Should our guests be planning to leave the hotel late, reserving for an additional night will guarantee access until the required departure.
Should any of our guests not wish to reserve additional nights our concierge will be delighted to store any luggage for you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for room reservations must be received by 48 hours prior to arrival, although this may differ if you have not booked though our website. If a room reservation is not received by the specified time, the Christchurch Harbour Hotel reserves the right to charge for the first nights accommodation. Please check payment, cancellation policies and deposit requirements at the time of booking.
Upgrades
Bedrooms with great sea views are available – why not ask about an upgrade and wake up to the sounds of the waves ?
Single Occupancy
Double / twin bedded rooms for sole occupancy can be reserved with a £40.00 per night supplement.
Carbon Footprint Rate
We offer a complimentary room upgrade for guests who arrive by public transport – we will upgrade to the next available room type and this is of course subject to availability. This cannot be pre-booked in advance.
Children
Children under six sharing with two adults will be accommodated free of charge however they will be charged for meals whilst they are staying at the hotel. Children over six sharing with two adults will be charged at 50% of the full price. Children over six staying in their own standard room will be charged at only 75 % of the adult rate.
Dinner and breakfast inclusive
Guests staying with us on a half board basis are unable to reduce the rate for any meals not taken. Dinner each evening is taken in the Harbour Restaurant.
