• Dinner at our two AA Rosette Harbour Restaurant or The Jetty, the award-winning restaurant headed up by Alex Aitken, on the water’s edge in the grounds of the Hotel (£45 allocation per person)  
• Tickets to cookery demos with Alex Aitken and Saturday Kitchens’ James Martin
• Three-course lunch, to include a glass of wine on arrival, with James Martin at The Kings Hotel, Christchurch, on Sunday 13th May – 12:30pm
