Rooms Divisions Manager

We are currently looking for a hands on Rooms Division Manager to join the dynamic management team and take responsibility for Front of House operation.

For this Rooms Division Management role you will be responsible for the management and development of all Front of House aspects within the hotel including Housekeeping, Reception, Reservations and Porterage. As Rooms Division Manager you will be expected to have a hands on presence and be totally accountable for all standards, health and safety, and financial performance. This post will also come with Duty Management responsibilities.

As Rooms Division Manager you will have at least 2 years experience to a minimum of Head of Department in a Front of House role in a 4 star deluxe or 5 star property, with a particular focus on delivering quality guest experience. In addition to a competitive salary there is also the potential to earn more with an achievable bonus scheme.

Day Porter / Food and Beverage Assistant - Full or Part-time

To make sure guests are given a first class welcome as they arrive at the hotel, are looked after throughout their stay at the hotel and receive a friendly departure. To ensure that guests are checked in and out correctly and efficiently. To deal with queries efficiently and politely in keeping with standards of a 4* hotel and our service values. To be always be ready and willing to go the extra mile and exceed our guest’s expectations.

Full time Spa receptionist

Required for very busy spa reception, reception experience essential and helpful if familiar with Opera and or premiere spa. Having a beauty back ground will also be a plus.

Spa Therapists

Due to high client demand we are now looking for passionate and customer focused professionals with the flair to deliver enchanting guest experiences and build great memories in the role of Beauty /Spa Therapist.

The successful candidates will ideally be trained to NVQ level 3 in Therapy and or Beauty. The ability to perform deep tissue massage is an advantage.

Job requirements are:

·Minimum 1 years recent experience as a Therapist and or Spa experience within 4 star hotels.
·Good knowledge and a passion to create an exceptional experience for the guest.
·To carry out treatments to a high standard and in a professional manner.
·Assist in keeping treatment rooms and other areas clean and tidy.
·Knowledge of E’spa products is an advantage.
·You must be a great team player in order to join the spa team and together create and deliver the magnificent experience.

Head Therapist

Should have at least 2 years beauty experience and at least 1 year as a head or senior therapist. Must be bale to lead a team, manage all treatment stock, manage treatment rooms and support the spa manager. Salary to be discussed.

Spa Cleaner/Assistant

Needed to work mornings and evening.
