Marchioness of Waterford Room Suite
Offering our unique and breathtaking views over Mudeford Estuary and Hengistbury Head this magnificent room with integrated Orangery and french doors opening onto an elevated terrace - perfect for your alfresco or cocktail drinks reception. The Waterford Suitem is available for private dining and can accommodate up to 80 guests (depending on room layout). Please note this room has no facility for an evening function with entertainment. Minimum numbers apply for events which take place on Saturdays throughout May- September and December. Room hire prices apply - Price on application. For those smaller more intimate events this room can be sub divided.
Baronet Dunmore Suite
For Larger parties the Baronet Dunmore Suite is suitable for private dining, with its location ideal for accessing the garden and water front terrace - the perfect setting for that early evening drinks reception. Please be aware that after 6.30pm, you will not be able to directly access the gardens. The Baronet Dunmore can accommodate 120 for cocktail receptions and banquets. Entertainment can take place in the Baronate Dunmore Room until 23.30. Minimum numbers apply for events which take place on a Saturday throughout May-September and December. Room Hire prices apply - Price on application.
William Finney Room
Named after a local resident, this private room provides intimate dining for those smaller gathering within the splendour of this magnificent Georgian Building. This comfortable environment offers a haven of peace and tranquillity and can host 10 to 14 guests. Room Styles
Theatre style
Our rooms can be set up theatre style. The Waterford Suite holds up to 100 people but smaller rooms can accommodate between 12 and 60 people. We can accommodate up to 160 people using theatre style seating.
Classroom
A variety of rooms can be set up like a classroom to accommodate between six and 50 people in this way.
Cabaret
We can currently set up a selection of rooms for between five and 32 people cabaret style. We can accommodate 100 people in cabaret style. Other options: We can also set up our rooms in the following ways.
- Boardroom - 2 to 26 people
- U-shape - 6 to 26 people
- Hollow square - 6 to 30 people
- Horseshoe of chairs - 6 to 28 people
- Dinner dance - 30 to 120 people
