Planning your event
As an added value to the guests of the Christchurch Harbour Hotel a meeting planner will be assigned to each event to assist you with coordinating the finer details of your meeting. Trained in the art of meeting planning, our conference planning team is often recognised as the most valuable component of the conference Package. They wiill take you through each aspect of planning your event, including:

We make sure that there is thorough communication between you and the team here so that no detail, no matter how small, slips through the cracks.
Delivering your event
On the day, our experienced conference team will work with you to ensure that your event goes smoothly and help with any last minute changes. Your conference manager will meet you on arrival to talk through your schedule and confirm all your arrangements. The team will be on hand all day to help with those last minute requests. Our 120 seat venue is the ultimate presentation arena perfect for both speaker and delegate. Our newly enlarge Waterford conference room has been created specially to enable cabaret style conferences for 120 delegates, providing a stimulating atmosphere to share ideas and discuss presentations. This versatile room can also accommodate 200 people theatre style and be used for a range of exhibition and team activities. Our spacious foyer provides a natural space for delegates to mingle and network, check their email and catch the news headlines.

All of our conference and meeting rooms are easily accessed by wheelchair. We also have 4 disabled car parking spaces and bedrooms are equipped for disabled guests. We are continuing to expand our range of facilities and services to provide a safe and fully inclusive visit.

The Water Front provides the perfect setting for your special dinner and you can select from a range of mouth-watering options to create the right menu for your occasion. Alternatively, your event might require a finger buffet lunch outside your meeting room or in the midst of your exhibition area. As well as coffee, tea and hot chocolate, we also provide fresh fruit, snacks and juice for mid morning and afternoon refreshments.
